Hi there, Orda is allowing customers to order using 'store wallets'. We did not set this up but cannot turn it off. Orda owes us $8.5k in sales that have not been paid for. Please turn this off and send us our money. I also cannot contact Orda without posting this here.

There's one catalog category after selecting it will not appear in the app at all. I have tried to delete and create a new category with the same items but it still will not appear. Any advice?

I understand that there may be a solution for bulk uploading of egift cards for a known population of customers. Can you walk me through the steps involved to accomplish this requirement?

Trying to figure out how to get my square driven Orda app to recognize discounts. I sent an email to support 3 hours ago, of course they responded with a tutorial that has nothing to do with syncing up square to Orda, just for the purpose of showing the discounts. Of course, the tutorial is for setting up in square and not syncing. Now I am being ghosted by the tech support. I have this problem every time with Orda that instead of taking the time to actually answer the question, they send useless tutorial.
