Feature Requests

Square allows modifiers to have a multiplier so the customers can add multiple of the same modifier option. Example someone orders eggs on toast then the customer selects the modifier "add sausage" then they can use a + or - button to add or subtract as many sausages as they like. Unfortunately this feature from Square does not carry over to the Orda app and would be amazing to have it available for customers to use on the Orda app.

Hi, for each item we have, the modifiers are in incorrect order. Cant seem to find a way to arrange modifiers in order for each item. for example, a chicken kebab comes with 1: included salads (lettuce, tomato, onion) and then: add sauces and then :add extra meat. however in the app they seem to be all over the place and in the wrong orders.

It would be great to pause our service for longer than 24 hours! Since Orda syncs with the POS and not Square online, when we close for more than a day we can easily mark “special dates/hours” in Square Online which pauses ordering online. But in Orda, if we are on vacation I have to remember to log in every day to pause it.

Receive emails per location for orders from that location to specified emails.

Make a separate categories screen for displaying all categories at once in a vertical scrolling manner.

Sync the Item Prep time form the Square Item Library (see attached) or add a spereate per category prep time in the Orda Dashboard

1- for customer details to be printed on the ticket; full address, full name, phone number. 2- for the ticket to print DELIVERY, big letters on top of customer's name.

The Special instruction box should be optional. We do not have it available on our online square website because we do not accept substitutions to our menu. Our menu is made for a customer to fully customize their order on their own with any fees involved. When we had a box we came into issues, where customers would think they could go around paying for extras by just writing it in or changing ingredients. We do not want this to happen again.

Option to add a sellers note at checkout for curbside like in square online checkout? Possible to update checkout screen to add note (car color, etc) for only when curbside is selected? You guys are crushing the app so far!
