Square Category Updates Duplicated Categories

A few weeks ago, Square did a Category update that affects all of their Weebly and third part API's. In the case of Orda we have massive duplicated categories. Furthermore, many items are missing from our menu. Primarily the Featured Items category, which is no duplicated shows no items.
How do we clean up the Catalog so that it no longer shows duplicated categories? Also, How do we restore missing items?

The new update brings a new field in the Item Properties in the Square Item Library, called "Reporting Category". Missing items should have the "Reporting Category" corrected to be a category that is enabled in the Orda Dashboard.
Items will only appear in the "Reporting Category". Until Square issues an upgrade of the API that we use to integrate with them, this is the only way to display the items and categories.
