The new preload option wont allow customers to create an account. They fill in the requested details however unable to click "Create Now"

This issue is now fixed for AU & UK. Pin code is sent when wallet account is created. Please let us know

We could reproduce this and see the issue is that it works if you add a + before the number but not if you don't. Documenting for the software team how to reproduce this Roy Ganor

Open the Barrow and Bear app.
Click the hamburger icon to open the menu options.
Click Credit.
Enter the following details. For phone enter 61489921018

Click Create Account. Nothing will happen. The button is just stuck.
Add a + sign before the phone. Now when you click Create Account it will move forward successfully.

Callum Whitehead can you please confirm if you add a + sign if it works for you now?

Christine Davis: This happens only for merchants in Australia, but this should be fixed. Can you please try this again but use a regular phone (without the +61 prefix) thank you!
