My categories in Square have changed since my app was published, but the change is not reflected in the Orda app. Even if I sign out and back in and publish again, I can't get the categories to update in Orda.

hi Raymond Bowman, can you share which category is missing? I see categories are shown but not sure which one of them is missing. Also - can you confirm the new categories were created in Square dashboard (rather than Square Online)?

Roy Ganor: I did not use Weebly square online for the categories. I did use square. There are a bunch of repeat categories. So it shows the new ones but also every old one I've ever made which is extremely confusing. How do I remove the old ones?

Roy Ganor: thanks for clearing those out of there! The only problem I'm seeing now is that although I have shakes checked in catalog it still does not show at either location.

Raymond Bowman: this usually happens when no items are associated with the category or the items that are associated are either not enabled to the locations or have no variant with fixed cost assigned. Can you check please?
