Hello. Some of my customers are having difficulty checking out on the app. Their order is not going through until after multiple times they submit. What can I do about this? Thanks

Hey Roy. Thanks so much. It is the payment phase. They will click on the pay button, but nothing happens. They may have to click it 2 or 3 times before it goes through. Sometimes it doesn't go through at all.
I tested it myself and found that half the time it doesn't work.
The name is club 9 coffeehouse.

hi Jeremiah - Personal - do you know what part they are having difficulties to pass through? Did they tell you a specific step or screen that is missing? Is it the payment phase?
