We have a 5% surcharge on Saturdays, a 10% surcharge on Sundays & 15% on Public Holidays (In Australia).

I would like to be able to set a reoccurring surcharge every Saturday & Sunday.

I would also like to be able to set a surcharge to apply on specific dates (for example, New Year's Day).
