We have customers that use the pre paid wallet who are now having issues when making payment. Please see the feedback from our customer below
Hi. Any update on being able to access my prepaid account again? I’m still having the issue where I can’t login as I’m not receiving the 2Fa text. Did this feature really need to be added?

Roy Ganor - Could it be an issues cause we are in Australia using a different phone number layout then US?

Callum Whitehead can you make sure their app is updated in their phone? This issue has been fixed a couple of days ago. Otherwise can you please share a screen shot?

Roy Ganor Hi Roy - I gave it ago on my phone - I noticed that the app needed to be updated which I did - Placed my phone number in and still having the same issue - We can't go pass the verify pin as we don't receive a text. Photo attached to show what screen we are stuck on.

Roy Ganor - Thanks Roy! Working all good. Just another quick question the QR code on the wallet what is that used for? Can our customers use the pre paid funds in store at all?

Callum Whitehead great! we are working on the qr integration and our kiosk thats for fast checkout but once it’s out we will announce it :) 👍�
