Pre-orders printing 15 minutes before the order is ready, not when the order is placed.

When a customer places a pre-order, hours in advance, the ticket prints immediately when the order is placed, which confuses staff because we are too busy to look at the time of pick up for every order placed. Would it be possible to delay the printing of the order until 15 minutes before time of pick up so we dont accidentally make the order at the wrong time and waste product?
