I have customers who claim their lunch for business purposes and the app doesn’t provide them with a receipt. When they order online from square they get an email receipt. I know this can be done manually but that is far too much work.
Is it possible to provide the option of an email receipt of their order?

Hi Melanie Doucet this is a great idea. I'll ask Square if they can expose this functionality to the Orda platform. What can be developed in the future is to send your customers (automatically) a text message with the receipt. So basically if you enable the custom text messages through our marketplace we will allow the business owner to add a tag like {receipt_url} to concatenate it to the message. Sounds a valid option?

Roy Ganor: Are there any updates on this? Just an example: We had a customer who had to drive back to our shop because they thought they received the wrong order, they didn’t, but they had no way of looking at an order receipt. I have a few clients we have to manually send them a receipt every time, as they claim it for business expenses. This would help out a lot of people.
