It is important to collect as much information from the customer as possible. We should be collecting emails with the name and number when they order. Also emails are cheaper to market to than numbers. We should also be able to get into the backend of the app and order page to add pixels to track check out, abandon carts, etc. This would increase the value of everyone customer directory and business.

We also shouldn't have to put into a feedback to change something for our brand we should be able to change it immediately and add the code in. We shouldn't be stuck with a problem because it has to has a general vote.
